Operators working at 40 ft need camera or height-select help, which belongs in the truck decision. ## Starter Rack for Small Flex Tenants Smaller buildings such as those in Marigold Business Park have about 18 to 20 ft clear. Many of these tenants start with a few rows and grow. We lay out a right-sized first run that leaves room for more rows later.
