Most of those products are bulky and light for their size, so warehouse racking runs out of space long before it runs out of capacity. (423) 810-5886: 4238105886 ## Tire Rack Storage Tire rack holds tires on their tread in long rows, or on pallets and in tire stacks in deeper rack. Which one fits depends on how the tires are picked and shipped. We plan tire racking around tire diameter, stack heights and whether picking happens by hand or by truck. Wide-bay selective pallet rack (https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/products/pallet-rack) with longer beams and decking holds oversized loads. Because these loads are light, we can often add a level that heavy goods would not allow. Clearance above each load becomes the limiting factor. - Longer beams for oversized units - Decking under loads without a pallet - Extra clearance for squeeze or clamp trucks ## HVAC Units and Synthetic Turf Cooling equipment ships crated, often one unit per pallet with an odd footprint. We set beam length and depth to the crate, not a standard pallet. Synthetic turf comes in long, heavy rolls. Roll storage on cantilever arms keeps it off the floor and reachable with a pole truck. Both products are bulky, so clearance between levels matters as much as capacity. ## Drive-In Rack for Big Batches When a plant builds a long run of one model, drive-in rack (https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/products/drive-in-rack) stores those units several deep with few aisles. Synthetic turf and textile rolls are a different shape again; they often belong on cantilever rack (https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/products/cantilever-rack). ## Rail Hub South and US-27 Dayton runs its own industrial park and added the Rail Hub South site, with a new access bridge to four-lane US-27. Rhea County sits on Norfolk Southern's Crescent Corridor freight line, and US-27 links to I-75, I-24 and I-40. A move into Rail Hub South can be handled by our warehouse relocation (https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/warehouse-relocation) team. ## Starting a Dayton Layout Product sizes, weights, batch volumes and truck attachments come first. Add the building plan or a sketch with doors and columns. We zone tire rack, wide-bay rack, drive-in lanes and roll storage on one CAD drawing so the whole plant works together. Rail Hub South and city park buildings can be planned from shell drawings. Installs are phased around production so finished goods always have somewhere to go. Every frame is anchored to the floor and labeled before handover. ## Plan Bulky-Goods Storage in Dayton Call (423) 810-5886 (4238105886) or send the form. ## Dayton Bulky Storage FAQs ### What rack works for upholstered furniture? ### Can tire rack be hand-picked? ### Where would drive-in rack fit in a furniture plant? ### Do you plan for rail-served buildings? ### How do you store crated HVAC units? ## Nearby Towns Soddy-Daisy, TN: https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/service-area/soddy-daisy Hixson, TN: https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/service-area/hixson Athens, TN: https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/service-area/athens Jasper, TN: https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/service-area/jasper All Service Areas: https://chattanoogapalletrack.com/service-area ## Need Rack in Dayton, TN?
